CIA alleged to predict the end of Zionism

According to Press TV, the CIA issued a report that

predicts "an inexorable movement away from a two-state to a one-state solution, as the most viable model based on democratic principles of full equality that sheds the looming specter of colonial Apartheid while allowing for the return of the 1947/1948 and 1967 refugees. The latter being the precondition for sustainable peace in the region." (Press TV)

Maybe, but I have a suspicion somebody is doing the reverse Debkafiles here. The disintegration of Israel is a very possible scenario for the next 20 years. But it is not the only scenario, and I cannot imagine the CIA producing a report that would commit to this single scenario. It would be unprofessional. This also strikes me as very odd language for a CIA analyst to use, excessively moral: "viable model", "full equality", "colonial Apartheid," etc. I don't buy it.

Caveat Emptor.
